The new Birmingham Road Elementary School (ES) is designed for an enrollment of 850 Full Time Students. This 54 instructional unit (IU) prototype school scheduled to be opened in August 2009.  As shown on the below, the site is located on Birmingham Highway near the intersection of Woods Road.  The single story elementary school is similar to Summit Hill ES and Renaissance ES.  It will be the most northern elementary school in Fulton County when it opens.
