The proposed Birmingham ES consists of 116,284 Square Feet and is an 850 Full Time Student Enrollment, 54 Instructional Units prototype school scheduled to be opened in August 2009.  The site is located on Birmingham Highway near the intersection of Woods Road.  The single story elementary school is similar to Summit Hill ES and Renaissance ES.  It will be the most northern elementary school in Fulton County when it  opens.
