The addition consists of 23,851 Square Feet with Ten (10) new instructional units, Lab Addition, complete with Chemistry Labs, Preparation Rooms,  World Language Labs, Typical Classrooms, Restrooms and other building support rooms. One Instructional Unit at the Music Addition near the Auditorium.

Roswell HS Field House  - This project will consist of work to add a new 6,447 sq ft Athletic Field House to Roswell High School. The facility will consist of a new weight room, meeting room, training room, restrooms, conference rooms, coaches’ dressing room and storage. The project is in the final stages of design at present.
