This project will include 186,530 Square Feet and Ninety Nine (77)
Instructional Units. The New Woodland MS Replacement will be
adjacent to the existing Middle School, located in East Point, Georgia. The work includes the construction of the
186,530 square foot building that will house 77 standard classrooms, 12 standard
Science Labs, a cafeteria and kitchen, gymnasium,
art/music rooms, media center and administration offices. The site will be
utilized by a 2 story building. New school completed, phase two behind schedule.
