  • 1. Replace generators and critical loads replace kitchen hood, add AC to kitchen, Upgrade AC controls to Web Control Replace cooling tower with controls

  • 2. Replace galvanized piping, add pressure regulating valves and pressure reducer, Upgrade HVAC controls to web controls, Replace bathroom fixtures, Add critical loads to emergency generators

                    STATUS: Complete August 2009

  • 3. Replace multi-zone HVAC with water source heat pumps, Replace controls with web controls, Replace emergency lighting panels, Wire school for broadcast and CCTV, Renovate boys and girls restrooms, Increase Capacity

                      STATUS: Complete August 2009

  • 4. Replace multi-zone HVAC, Replace controls with Web Controls, Convert Storeroom, Replace electrical panel boards

                    STATUS: Complete August 2009

  • 5. Replace multi-zone HVAC, Install cooling tower variable frequency drives, Connect critical loads to generator, Install backflow preventers and pressure relief values, Upgrade electrical panels for additional capacity
