Grants/Loans/Scholarships

The FAFSA is the first step in the financial aid process.  You use the FAFSA to apply for federal student aid, such as grants, loans and work-study. Also, most states and colleges use information from the FAFSA to award nonfederal aid.

Students and parents there is a lot of money available for you to attend school at a minimal cost.  There are grants and scholarships available but you have to search  for the funds.  The money will not drop in your lap.  This page will contain grant, scholarship and financial aid information available for you to attend post-secondary education.  Here at IHS each classroom, media center and career center has a RED SCHOLARSHIP notebook located in a designated area in their classroom. Each notebook contains the most recent scholarships available. We will continue to update the site as scholarships become available.  For more information please see your counselor.
