Alpharetta High School is located at 3595 Webb Bridge Road in Alpharetta, Georgia. Alpharetta is a north suburb of Atlanta, about 25 miles from the city center.
Alpharetta High School opened in Fall of 2004 making it the newest high school in the Fulton County District
The Alpharetta High School Band has quickly become an integral part of the fine arts community and the school-spirit of Alpharetta High School
The Percussion Program has already had several District and County Honor Band participants, a GHP participant, and Solo and Ensemble Superior Ratings winners.
The Alpharetta High School Percussion Studio consists of students involved in concert band, wind ensemble, marching band, Jazz Band, AHS Percussion Ensemble and the AHS Percussion Orchestra
Students participate in at least 2 Percussion Ensemble concerts as well as Concert Band concerts in October, February, March, and May.
Our focus is a comprehensive approach to percussion. Students even performed solo literature at the latest concert!
The Percussion Orchestra presented a clinic to band directors at the 2008 GMEA Convention in Savannah and will be performing for the Fulton County Schools Administration at their meetings in September!

The Marching Percussion has received Superior ratings in all festivals attended

2006 White Columns Invitational
1st in Class AA
2006 West Florida Classic
2nd in Class AAA
3rd in Show (17 bands)
