Connected Academy will
provide a rigorous, relevant educational environment where students are
invested in and passionate about learning.
Mission
To create an environment
where students excel through rigorous, applied, integrated instruction;
project-based, community-centered learning opportunities; and self-directed
knowledge acquisition using technology as a resource. |
Delivery Model
Interdisciplinary
courses, project based instruction, and internships give students real world
connections to curriculum.
Calendar
Connected Academy will
follow the Fulton County School System’s school calendar.
The first day of school
for 2008-09 is August 11.

Classes
Students will attend
four classes per day. We are on a 4x4 Block Schedule. Up to 250 students
will enroll this first year.
Internships
Students will be
required to complete an internship per year based on their interest. The
internship follows Fulton County Schools’ TAG model.

Bus Transportation
Bus
transportation is available from selected points in the county. Call the
North Fulton Transportation Office at 770-667-2970 for more information.
Parking
Parking is available to
our students who drive at a cost of $30.00 per school year |
