Connected Academy will ultimately serve up to 500 11th and 12th grade students in a small, personalized environment. We welcome out-of-the-box, innovative thinking and learning. A rigorous curriculum with projects tied to student's interests will be used to help students gain a depth of understanding. Intellectual engagement will also be promoted with interdisciplinary course options on a 4X4 block schedule. Interactions in the community are designed to expand students' knowledge and help them make a personal connection to content. This is the school for students who constantly need the answers to "Why do I have to learn this?" Collaboration and quality relationships are important at Connected Academy. |

County Board of Education to address students who learn best with a high degree
of real-world relevance. Our mission is to create an environment that
