math teacher Deborah McDonald
recently was spotlighted as the most influential teacher in a
celebrity’s life. Ludacris (real name: Christopher
Bridges), a famous rapper and former Banneker student, selected
Mrs. McDonald as his favorite and most influential teacher. She
was notified in early April by the TeachersCount organization, a
campaign that re-connects celebrities with teachers. Mrs.
McDonald then traveled to
New York to meet with Ludacris
and the TeachersCount organization. |
