Jill Keller - keller@fulton.k12.ga.us

I am originally from Boca Raton, Florida , where I spent my teenage years teaching swimming lessons. It was in the pool that I found my love for teaching. I attended Georgia Southern University and graduated in the fall of 1999. I taught for three years in Florida and decided to move back to Georgia. I have worked the past two years in Forsyth County teaching fourth grade and serving as my school's Science Leader. I provide a nurturing, safe and fun environment for children where my lessons authentically engage each child. I motivate each child to do their best and they always rise to the top! We learn, have fun and laugh often in Mrs. Keller's class! School is always enjoyable in my room!

Hello! My name is Michelle Sloter, a newly hired second grade teacher here at Cogburn Woods Elementary. I was born and raised in the Midwest in the small town of Decorah, Iowa, and attended Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa. After graduating, I married (husband Daryl), moved to Alpharetta, and began my teaching career at Dolvin Elementary. I started back teaching at Crabapple Crossing Elementary for two and a half years, and am now very happy to be a part of the fabulous Cogburn Woods Elementary staff. My husband and I are sports enthusiasts, so when I am not in the classroom, we really enjoy watching our children participate in their athletic programs.
