Mike Cianciolo - CiancioloM@fultonschools.org
I am a resident of Woodstock, GA. I received my Bachelors of Science degree in Elementary Education and an Honors Degree from Ball State University in May 1999. My teaching career began with a group of eager fourth graders in Muncie, Indiana. A year later, I picked up and moved south to sunny Atlanta, Georgia. I have been with Fulton County since the fall of 2000. I taught the past five years at Sweet Apple in second and fourth grades. I recently completed the National Boards Certification process and look forward to receiving my results later this fall. I enjoy cooking, singing, traveling with family, and spending time outdoors. I am very excited to join the Cogburn Woods Elementary School staff and I am looking forward to a great year!

Dondra Parham - ParhamD2@fulton.k12.ga.us
I received my undergraduate degree in 1981 from the University of Mississippi. In 2004, I earned a Masters in Education from Mercer University. Everyday, for me, is a great day to learn something, and at Cogburn Woods we learn something new about our world or ourselves every day. It is a terrific place at which to teach and to learn. Every year my students and I embark on an adventure: We make friends with our new classmates and learn interesting new things at this warm and welcoming school. My husband, Ray, and I are raising three daughters. The oldest two, Sally and Kathryn, attend the University of Georgia. Claire, the youngest, is attending Hopewell Middle School, just next-door to Cogburn Woods.Shane Russell - russells1@fulton.k12.ga.us
My name is Shane Russell, a graduate of Georgia State University. My main studies included both the fields of Psychology and Education. Earning a Bachelors of Science degree in Early Childhood Education, my goal of becoming a teacher inched closer and closer. An educational journey of my own landed me here, a fourth grade classroom at Cogburn Woods Elementary. I am very excited (and honored) to be teaching at this school! Having initially moved from a small southern town to the Atlanta area, I feel very fortunate to be amongst our supportive, encouraging, and friendly faculty/staff. Currently, I am pursuing a M.Ed. in Early Childhood Education at my alma mater. Go Panthers!!!
Karen Schnell - Schnell@fulton.k12.ga.us
My name is Karen Schnell. I used to be Karen Clark but I just got married this summer! I graduated with my BS in early childhood education from Kennesaw State University. This will be my fifth year of teaching and I couldn't love it more! I am excited to be teaching 4th grade this year. I have taught 5th and 3rd so why not go in the middle! My past students will tell you that I love the University of Georgia. More than that, I love my English Bulldog, Buckley. He is the University of Georgia mascot's grandson! I am looking forward to another great year at Cogburn Woods! Go Cougars!Michelle Rodabaugh - rodabaughm@fulton.k12.ga.us
After spending my childhood in South Florida, I chose to attend the University of Georgia. I majored in Early Childhood Education with a focus in literature and graduated in 1995. For my graduation gift, I spent the summer hiking the Appalachian Trail. It was a life changing experience. Even though I began teaching that fall, I have continued hiking the trail in sections during breaks and vacations. My teaching career spans from South Florida to Savannah, to North Fulton. In that time I have taught preschool all the way up to fifth grade, spending most of that time in third and fourth grades. I love teaching and look forward to another exciting year at Cogburn Woods.
