Nikol Boyd -  Curriculum Support Teacher - boydn@fultonschools.org

Susan Broach - IST - broach@fultonschools.org

I am very excited to be back at Cogburn Woods this year.  I have a Master in Learning Disabilities and taught at the high school level for over 13 years.  After being in the classroom for so many years, I was ready for a change.  Needless to say, I made a huge change going from high school to elementary school! I began working at Cogburn Woods Elementary as the Instructional Support Teacher in January of 2007.  Currently, I live in Norcross, Georgia and have two daughters, Grace and Emily.  They both keep me busy with all their after school activities such as dance, soccer, and basketball.

Katie Dewey - Guidance Counselor

I am very excited to be a part of the Cogburn Woods team.  I was born and grew up in fabulous Roswell, GA.  I attended Florida State University where I received a degree in Psychology.  Since I love this area so much, I moved back here after I graduated and began graduate school at Georgia State University.  I completed my masters in elementary school counseling in May 2003.   In 2004, I began working in Fulton County and cherish my job as a school counselor.  I am married to a great man named, David and we have a beautiful baby girl named, Emma Kate.  She brings us such joy!  I enjoy my pets, reading and playing tennis. I am thrilled to be here working with your children!

Claudine Saunders  - School Psychologist

I have an Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology and have been working in the field since 1996.  I was an employee of the Miami-Dade County public school system between 1996 and 2003 and have been with Fulton County Schools since October 1, 2003, working with a multitude of low incidence handicaps, as well as, students of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

I have been a school counselor ever since!  I am a die-hard Minnesota Vikings football fan. Go Vikes! My husband, Russell, and I live in Sugar Hill. We have a son and a daughter, Davis and Lindsey.
