Pre-Kindergarten Registration

Pre-K Registration will be March 25th from 8am-1pm. You will need the following information when you register:

· Ear, Eye and Dental exam on Georgia Form 3300 (Check with your Doctor or Fulton Health Clinic).

· Immunization Record on a Georgia Form 3231 (Immunization Forms must include Hep B3 Series).

· Original Birth Certificate.

· Proof of residence (Lease, Utility bill)

· Social security card (For your child)

· Health check (Physical Exam)

· Verification of Income (Medicaid Card, Peach Care, TANF, SSI)

                Spring Registration for NEW STUDENTS

 

Spring Registration is taking place Wednesday, April 30 8am–4pm and Thursday, May 1    8am–7pm. Only parents of new students will need to come to the school to register on these dates.  Current students will take a survey form home to be completed by their parents and returned to the classroom teacher. This information will be sent home with students April 21–April 28. 

The Art Show is Coming! The Art Show is Coming!

 

Mark your calendars for April 15, 2008!  The art show will be in the Gym from 5pm-7pm.  Invite your family and friends to see the art work       created by the talented students of Hapeville Elementary!  All artwork will be matted, framed and available for purchase. 

 

Proceeds from this art show will go towards music, dance, artist presentations and workshops for the students at our school. 

Make sure to tell someone about it TODAY!!!

 

The homeroom class with the highest attendance will receive a FREE popsicle party and the homeroom teacher will receive a FREE frame!

Let the games begin!

 

The Parent Involvement Committee is planning a Family Night at the AMF Embassy Row Bowling Lanes at 5885 Old Dixie Highway on May 2 from 4-6:30 pm. The Family Night at the Lanes t-shirt order forms are coming home on Thursday. If you do not receive an order form, please contact Ms. Cathey at 404-669-8220. The t-shirts are $10 a piece for all sizes. The color of the t-shirts is royal blue, our school color. The t-shirts are expected to arrive in mid-April. Place your  orders now and let the games begin!!!!
