2007-2008 Early Release Days Information
 

All Fulton County schools will incorporate early release days in the 2007-2008 school year. On these days, teachers will participate in meaningful professional development sessions that will improve overall instruction in the schools. Students will have a regular instructional day on the half day sessions. Students will be counted as present on the early release days if they are present for the full four hours.

In order to provide you with as much time as possible to plan for your child's care on the early release days, we have listed the dates that students will have a shortened day:

 

Early Release Dates:

  • September 19, 2007

  • October 24, 2007

  • November 28, 2007

  • February 27, 2008

  • March 26, 2008

 

 

Key Information:

  • The school day will begin at the regular start time.

  • Dismissal time will be at 12:45pm.

  • The school day will be compressed with lunch provided prior to dismissal.
