New Student Registration Information

New student registration.

This applies to students who are NOT currently enrolled in Fulton County but plan to attend our elementary school in August.

To enroll at Ocee Elementary, the student's parent or legal guardian must be a resident of the school system.
The following documents are needed to complete your child's registration packet:

Proof of Residency-- 2 forms are needed for all students

(mortgage statement, lease agreement, utility bill, driver's license)

Original Birth Certificate

Social Security Card (optional)

Immunization Form 3231

Ear, Eye, Dental Form 3300
