CRCT (Criterion Referenced Competency Test)

The CRCT will be administered in April to students in grades 1-5. The CRCT is designed to measure the knowledge and skills taught in Georgia classrooms. Students will be assessed on how well they have learned the Quality Core Curriculum (QCC) content standards for their grade. Student test results will be provided to parents and schools. The CRCT results will identify students’ strengths and weaknesses in the following areas: Reading, English/Language Arts, Mathematics for grades 1-5 and Science and Social Studies for grades 3-5.
