ParentCONNECTxp: A Guide for Elementary School Parents

WELCOME!

State Bridge Crossing Elementary is pleased to introduce ParentCONNECTxp, an online link to your children’s school information. ParentCONNECTxp allows parents to access pertinent information about their child’s attendance, discipline, report card grades, and the emergency contact information that is on file at the school. 

 

To gain access to the information, you will need internet access, a browser such as Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer, and an email address.

Now let's get started!

In order to obtain a UserId and Password parents must pre-register for ParentCONNECTxp. To pre-register do the following:

Step 1: Go to ParentCONNECTxp website. Click on the link below or type in the url:

http://fcspc.fultonschools.org

Step 2: From the welcome screen click Register.

Step 3: Parents will see a security alert message displayed, Click Yes, indicating that you wish to proceed.

Step 4: Complete the pre-registration form displayed. Parents must complete the "Parent Information Section and the Student Information Section" of the form prior to clicking, Submit.

Only register once and click submit only once.

Step 5: Call the ParentCONNECTxp voice mail at 770-497-3850 ext. 123. Leave your name and your student's name advising us that you have pre-registered. If you do not leave a message we will not know that you have registered. Passwords and UserId's will be ready in 48 hours (school days) Monday through Friday. If you register on a Friday your password will be ready on the following Wednesday.

Step 6: After 48 hours you will then come to the school with picture ID to pick up your password and UserId. Pick up hours are between 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Passwords cannot be mailed, e-mailed, sent home via student, or given over the phone.

 

When you log in the next time (24 hours later), you will be able to check on student information such as:

 

• Attendance

• Discipline

• Report Card Grades

• School Announcements

• Student Information-Health/Clinic

 

Once you have registered, click   and enter the User ID and password that were given to you at the school.

 

 

To contact a teacher:

To send a message to a teacher, click on the teacher’s name on any screen or go to the Contacts page. Compose and send your email. (You must have email capability on your computer)

 

To exit the program:

When you are finished viewing your student’s information, you must close your browser to exit the program.

Frequently Asked Questions:

The ParentCONNECTxp program is updated on a daily basis Monday through Friday with information entered at school the previous school day. There will be times when the daily updates are impossible due to situations beyond our control. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

 

Unlike the middle school and high school versions of ParentCONNECTxp, the version in use for elementary schools will NOT display assignments or daily grades.

 

All information coming from and going to the ParentCONNECTxp web site is secured and cannot be viewed by anyone else on the web.
