WILDCAT NEWS FOR WILSON CREEK FAMILIES

Where Knowledge Flows and Learning Grows”

Text Box: Dear Wilson Creek Family,
The Wilson Creek Elementary Local School Advisory Council (LSAC) will be holding elections for two
parent positions. This is a two-year term. The LSAC meets monthly to discuss school matters including
student achievement, budget issues and local school concerns. The School Council is an advisory board
made up of five parents, three teachers and the principal. It is the purpose of this group to bring parents
and other members of the school community together in a spirit of cooperation to improve academic
achievement and to address areas of concern. If you are interested in being nominated to serve on the
council or if you have any questions, please email your name to Mr. Zoll (zoll@fultonschools.org),
LSAC chairperson Teri Hernandez (tzhern@bellsouth) or call the front office.
The deadline for submission is Wednesday, September 9.
