Million Minutes Reading Challenge
Our Million Minutes Reading Challenge will begin October 1. Our goal is to work together as a school to read and record at least 1.5 million minutes by April 1. The Million Minutes Reading Challenge will run for six months from October 1 - March 30. Have your student write down the number of minutes he or she reads each day and return the reading challenge log to the media center by November 4. Students may record minutes earned while reading books, magazines, newspapers, etc. at school or at home. Look for your child’s October reading log in today’s VIP packet. We look forward to your child’s participation in this program and appreciate your support as we begin this challenge. Working together, we can make reading an enjoyable experience for every child!
