Georgia Junior Thespians, Troupe No. 88780

     Jr. Thespians is an honor society into which AMMS students can gain admission by earning points through their work on theatre projects and by attending and participating in theatre events during their middle school years.  Theatre work may be conducted either at school or out in the community.  Community participation should be supported with a playbill listing name and role/job undertaken.  Autrey Mill Middle School is a member of the Educational Theatre Association (EdTA) which is the umbrella organization for the International Theatre Association and administers  Junior Thespians. 

     This year's Georgia Jr. Thespian conference will be sometime in March in Columbus, Georgia at Columbus State University.  Students should listen for announcements regarding Jr. Thespians and competition opportunities available.
