Million Page Challenge

We are excited that your child will be participating in the Summit Hill “Million Pages Reading Challenge!” Our goal is to work together as a school to read and record as many pages as possible. Students may record pages read from books, magazines, or newspapers at school or at home. It is our hope that this program will help children realize how much fun reading can be.

The “Million Pages Reading Challenge” program kicks off on October 5th, 2009 and continues until we read 1,000,000 pages! Have your child write down the number of pages he or she reads and return the reading challenge form to the media center. Additional reading forms are available in the media center, in the front office, and on the Summit Hill’s Media Center website.

We look forward to your child’s participation in this program and appreciate your support as we begin this new education initiative. Working together, we can make reading an enjoyable experience for everyone!
