to... KIMDERGARTEN!

                 

                                          Hello Friends!

Welcome to Mrs. Kim and Mrs. Yost's Kindergarten Class.  I am Mrs. Kim, the teacher for class A111.  I am so excited to be your teacher this year.  I  have a kindergarten, a third grade and a fifth grade student here at Creek View.  We have a wonderful school and we are so lucky to have our children here.  I am planning a year that is rich with reading and writing.  Along with the great curriculum set for kindergarten, I am hoping to implement some of the great reading and writing strategies I learned at Columbia University under the Teacher's College program.  I am also hoping to build my classroom library so my students will have a wide variety of books available at school and to take home every day.  Having many books and class sets allow us to have book-talks weekly.  Just call me Oprah!  Looking forward to a great year!
