Due to popular demand, several of the forms that are used frequently in both language arts and reading class are now available here.  These may be downloaded and printed for your convenience if you have Microsoft Word. These handouts are used throughout the year.  If students lose the copy handed out in class they may access another here.

• Daily Assignment Rubric - Used to grade daily work and most homework

• Generic Writing Assignment Rubric - Adapted from the MGWA.  Variations of this assessment instrument will be used to evaluate student writing this year in an effort to more completely  prepare students for the Middle Grades Writing Assessment taken by 8th Graders in the state of Georgia.
