Dear Titan Parents,

 

Be king or queen for the day at the Royal Palace, marvel at Prado masterpieces and feel the rhythm of Spanish Flamenco music. See Barcelona through Gaudí's eyes or the landscapes of Toledo captured by El Greco.   A Grand  Tour of 17 days through the cities of Madrid, Burgos, Barcelona, Granada, Seville, and Córdoba among other cities.

 

The trip is organized by Linda Braun-Font and Joe Uriz using EF tours, a national leading educational touring company with the best reputation.  The tour is open to all students currently enrolled in Northview Spanish classes, and the goal is to enrich the lives of our students with the ultimate Spanish cultural and linguistic experience.

 

We will depart on June 3 and return June 19, 2008.  The trip cost is a bargain, $2878.00,  compared to most trips.  It includes round-trip airfare, overnight stays in the best hotels, complete authentic Spanish breakfast and dinner daily, full-time services of a bi-lingual guide, and visits to over 14 special attractions as well as an extensive grand tour through Spain.  The full amount is not due immediately; a payment plan is available through the tour company.

 

You and your students are invited to attend an informational meeting on Thursday, August 30 at 7 pm in room 604.  This will give us an opportunity, to provide you with more details of the program, see a trip itinerary, payment schedule, ask questions and meet other interested parents and students.
